Shipping, Return And Cancelation Policy
The Posty Club believes in providing its customers with ample information to make an informed purchase. Thus, once placed, an order cannot be cancelled. However, it is not a perfect world hence read further.
Returns and refund
If you believe you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or the product is damaged before delivery, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning your Order ID within one week of receiving the product.
We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. For feedback on our quality assurance process and delivery services, we might ask you to ship the product back to us. In such scenarios, we will provide with a pickup or a reimbursement of the shipping fee.
Apart from the condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement:
Any product that is returned without all original packaging included with the product at the time of delivery;
Once the returned product is received by The Posty Club, you’ll be informed when you shall receive an acknowledgement via email regarding details of replacement, duration and shipping information
Can I get a refund on my returned order?
We truly believe that a The Posty Club buyer will never be displeased with our service. Hence, we only provide replacements for validated returned orders. Orders once placed, cannot be refunded.
Can I exchange my returned product for another product of my choice?
- Email us the entire issue description along with the unboxing video of the product with a subject – “Request for Replacement at email@example.com Mention your order Id and date of placing an order in the mail.
- Stock will be subject to availability.
- Once confirmed by the Customer Experience Team, we will initiate the shipping of the replacement product.
- Your replacement order will be shipped once the original order is successfully collected, and the tracking details will be shared with you accordingly.
When will my order get delivered?
My product has been picked up but I have not received my replacement yet?
If it has been 24-48 hours since the order has been picked by our courier partner and you haven’t received any update from us, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will sort it out for you.
When will I get my exchanged product delivered?
Your exchange product will be shipped from our warehouse after the returned product has been picked up from your end. Orders in India, once shipped, are typically delivered in 1-4 business days in metros, and 4-7 business days for the rest of India. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.).
What are the terms of the Return Policy?
Customers can return their order within 30 days after an order has been delivered. We have a reverse pick-up facility for most pin codes.
If you have received a defective product, send us the unboxing video of the product at email@example.com and we will get back to you. Once confirmed by the Customer Experience Team, we will initiate the shipping of the replacement product.
If you have to return anything from a combo pack, the whole pack will have to be returned. There will not be any partial returns accepted. If there is a manufacturing issue, or if you have any other queries regarding this, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Gift cards/vouchers are non-refundable.
Gift wrapping charges will not be refunded if goods are returned. Also, we will not be able to gift wrap any replacements you have asked for.
Will I have to pay anything extra for a replacement?
No, all the replacement-related charges will be borne by The Posty Club.
